Terms of Use

Last updated October 18, 2026

The short version. FAITH RUN is free to play. Competitions that use SOL are optional, for adults only, and you can lose what you stake. The house is FAITH's own automated opponent and is built to win more often than it loses. Only play with SOL you can afford to lose.

01 Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of FAITH RUN (the "Game"), published by FAITH ("we," "us," "our"). By downloading, installing, or playing FAITH RUN, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Game.

02 Who can play

By joining a competition that involves SOL, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

03 What FAITH RUN is

FAITH RUN is a free-to-play endless runner mobile game. You can play the full core game — running, dodging obstacles, collecting coins, earning XP and levels — without connecting a wallet or spending anything.

Free to play No wallet required Optional Solana wallet Optional SOL competitions

Connecting a Solana wallet is optional. It unlocks a synced profile, the global leaderboard, and competitions: head-to-head matches and tournaments, which can be free or can use SOL stakes, entry fees and prizes.

04 Wallet connection

If you choose to connect a Solana wallet, FAITH RUN uses it only to:

We never ask for, see, or store your private key or seed phrase.

05 Your account

Your wallet address is your account — there's no separate username or password. Gameplay progress (score, XP, levels, missions) is stored on your device and, if you're connected, on our servers under your wallet address.

One person, one account: don't play competitions from several wallets, and don't share, sell or play on someone else's account. You're responsible for keeping your wallet secure. We can't recover a wallet, or anything in it, if you lose access to it.

06 Competitions and the house

Head-to-head matches. You can play the house straight away or post a challenge for another player to accept. Each player gets three runs, and the higher total score wins. Starting a run uses it even if you close the app, and runs not played before the match deadline count as zero. If totals are level, sudden-death runs are played; a match that is still level, or that nobody accepts, is refunded. The winner receives both stakes, less the platform fee shown before you join.

The house. The house is an automated opponent operated by FAITH. It is always labelled HOUSE, and you only play it if you choose to. It is designed to win more often than it loses: the share of matches it is set to win, its real record, and its expected chance of beating you are all shown in the app before you play. Its strength for your match is set from recent scores before you play, and its runs are fixed when it takes its seat, so your score cannot change them. FAITH may adjust the house's settings from time to time; what the app shows before you play is what applies to your match. When the house wins a staked match, the stakes are kept by FAITH; when you win, you receive the whole pool less the platform fee.

Tournaments. Each tournament shows its entry fee, prize pool, prize split, player limit and end time before you join. A player who creates a tournament with a guaranteed prize pays that prize in before it opens. If too few players join, or nobody posts a score, everything paid in is refunded.

Results. Results are decided by our server's records of each run, which are final unless we find an error or cheating.

07 Money, fees and payouts

08 Risk and responsible play

Competitions that use SOL involve real risk: you can lose what you stake, and winning is never guaranteed. Over many staked matches against the house, you should expect to lose more than you win. The value of SOL can also change quickly.

Only play with SOL you can afford to lose, never stake to win back a loss, and take breaks. If you want to stop, email us from below and we'll block your wallet from competitions. The Responsible Gaming page in the app has more.

09 Fair play

Don't:

Every run is checked by our server. Runs that fail those checks score zero. If we find that someone has cheated, we may disqualify them (their runs count zero and their stake isn't refunded), void results, withhold winnings, and ban their wallet from competitions and the leaderboard.

10 Ownership

FAITH RUN's code, design, art, and branding belong to FAITH or its licensors. Playing the Game doesn't give you ownership of anything in it, aside from what you genuinely own on-chain (such as SOL in your own wallet).

11 Disclaimers and limitation of liability

FAITH RUN is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. We aren't responsible for losses caused by the Solana network, your wallet app, sending SOL to the wrong address, or other services we don't control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FAITH isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid into the competition the claim relates to.

12 Changes to the Game and these terms

We may change the Game, including its competitions, fees and limits. The fee, prize rules and limits shown when you join a competition are the ones that apply to it. We may also update these Terms; when we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
